Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides highest quality patient care.
• Delivers ambulatory care in the Clinic as designated.
• Maintains and updates medical records for all examinations and services.
• Complies with hospital policies, ERD directives, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and quality initiatives.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and committee work.
