Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group is seeking BE/BC Neurologists to join our team in Fresno, CA. The department offers both inpatient and outpatient neurology services, with a focus on comprehensive stroke care and teaching opportunities with UCSF Fresno Internal Medicine residents.

We provide a collaborative, physician-led environment with strong support and flexible scheduling, including a 1:5 call rotation and telestroke coverage. H1B visa candidates may be considered.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

Responsibilities

• Provide both inpatient and outpatient neurology care.
• Back up other team specialties as needed.
• Supervise EMG tech for simple carpal tunnel studies.
• Read and interpret EEGs and perform EMGs when appropriate.
• Participate in a 1:5 call rotation with 24-hour telestroke coverage.
• Teaching opportunity with UCSF Fresno Internal Medicine residents.
