Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility with a plan for certification.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diagnostic and treatment services for neurological disorders (stroke, epilepsy, MS, Parkinson’s, neuromuscular).
• Work within an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Conduct and interpret EEGs, EMGs, NCVs for accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Manage a dedicated patient panel focusing on long-term neurological health.
• Clinic patients per day: 12-25; Call Rotation: 1:5.
