Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is assisting a well-established community hospital in Rutland, Vermont to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist for a broad-based general neurology practice.

The role is full-time with 8am-5pm hours, Monday to Friday and a 1:4 call rotation. The successful candidate will provide outpatient and inpatient services and may expand into botulinum toxin injections for migraine, cervical dystonia, and limb spasticity.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABPN.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient general neurology services.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic neurologic conditions.
• Interpret EEG and EMG studies (preferred).
• Perform or expand botulinum toxin injections as desired.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, primary care providers, and specialty teams.
