Qualifications

• Unrestricted NY licensure or licensure in process.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat neurological disorders of CNS and PNS.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical care of Neurology patients.
