Job summary

Bristol Health Medical Group is expanding and seeks a compassionate BC/BE neurologist to join an established practice located in a brand-new ambulatory care center in Connecticut.

The position focuses on outpatient general neurology with on-call coverage for a small community hospital, and reading EEGs is a plus (ambulatory EEGs are performed in the office). The team offers an integrated EMR and a supportive, collegial environment.

Qualifications

• Outpatient general neurology practice in a community hospital network.
• EEG reading is a plus; ambulatory EEGs are done in the office.
• On-call coverage for a small hospital with light night/weekend load.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care to adults.
• Share on-call coverage for the local community hospital.
• Read EEGs when needed and coordinate with ambulatory EEG services.
• Collaborate with an established, collegial team in a brand-new ambulatory care center.

We have an exceptional full-time opportunity for a compassionate and mission-focused BC/BE neurologist with excellent clinical skills to join an already well-established practice located in a brand new ambulatory care center.

Our practice:

• Position responsibilities are mostly for outpatient general neurology
• Share on-call coverage for small 169-bed community hospital that averages less than 10 inpatient consults per week with very light weekends and nights
• Ability to read EEGs is a plus; ambulatory EEGs are done in the office
• Instant volume and a large referral network
