Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Physical Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in Forney, TX and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Therapists work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, developing integrated treatment plans and engaging in evidence-based, functional interventions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
• Spinal Cord Injury experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs
