Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a neuro-focused outpatient program to hire a Physical Therapist specializing in neurologic rehabilitation. In this on-site role, you’ll evaluate and treat adults with stroke, brain injury, MS, Parkinson’s, and other complex neurologic conditions.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care in an EMR, track functional outcomes, and support program development while helping patients maximize independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adults with stroke, brain injury, MS, Parkinson's, and other complex neurologic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Apply manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education techniques.
• Conduct gait and balance training and patient/caregiver education.
• Document care in an EMR and track functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support program development.
