The role combines neurointerventional procedures, inpatient stroke care, and an outpatient neurovascular clinic in Silicon Valley. The schedule features every-other-week call with protected weeks.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (required).
• Neurology residency completed; fellowship in neurointerventional surgery/endovascular neurosurgery.
• Board certified or eligible in neurology; CAST certification/eligibility preferred.
• Eligible for unrestricted California medical license.

Responsibilities

• Perform neurointerventional procedures (thrombectomy, aneurysm treatment, diagnostic cerebral angiography).
• Provide inpatient stroke care and manage neurovascular patients.
• Maintain outpatient neurovascular clinic duties (clinic once per week).
• Participate in tele-neurology support for emergent consults.
