Neurologist – Specialist in Neurocritical Care

Brown University Health is seeking a full‑time Neurocritical Care Neurologist to join the Department of Neurology at Rhode Island Hospital, the principal teaching hospital of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Our Neurocritical Care Unit is an 18‑bed closed unit with close, daily collaboration across Neurosurgery, Neurointerventional Radiology, and multidisciplinary critical care teams. As both a Level I Trauma Center and a Comprehensive Stroke Center, we care for a high‑acuity, diverse patient population. Brown University Health is deeply committed to continued investment in the growth and advancement of its Neurocritical Care program, and we are seeking individuals who want to play a meaningful role in shaping its future.

Qualified candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology and Neurocritical Care. Appointment at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level will be based on experience and academic accomplishments. A strong academic trajectory and commitment to teaching are essential.
