Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in computational and data sciences, statistics, biostatistics, bioinformatics, or statistical genetics.
  • Master's degree in same fields is preferred.
  • Previous research during academic training, internships, or prior job experience.
  • Strong programming experience: SAS, R, SPSS, Python, C/C++, and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning or deep learning for biomedical imaging, including image segmentation, is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with providers, researchers, and associates to provide computational services for research.
  • Develop or deploy computational solutions to improve knowledge, patient health, and organizational performance.
  • Analyze data from electronic medical records and other relevant sources for research and growth.
  • Develop new algorithms and improve existing ones for neuroimaging and related data.
