Qualifications

• Ideal for former athletes, coaches, or military personnel.
• Comfortable with confrontation and de-escalation.
• Able to maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Able to receive and carry out instruction.
• Genuine care and concern for others.
• Driver's license is required.
• BCI background check may be required.
• College education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate frequent individual and group 90-minute training sessions with students.
• Provide personal evaluations to clients on fitness level by reviewing abilities, health, and safety to ensure sessions are suitable and goal-oriented.
• Create personalized neuro fitness routines that help clients reach goals while respecting abilities.
• Teach clients proper techniques for all exercises, minimizing injury risk.
• Document and chart progress and engagement, using objective measures where applicable.
• Monitor clients and adjust fitness plans based on changes in fitness levels.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to align with treatment goals.
• Enforce gym policies and safety rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Inform clients on other healthy lifestyle changes to complement fitness goals.
• Clean and maintain all fitness equipment for client readiness.
