Job summary

Qualifications

Participating in-group supervision and consultation meetings.Essential Duties Include:Establish rapport and directly interact with patients and support patient in engagement with and connection to the feedback received via NFB interface.Documentation includes initial note, consisting of patients baseline profile, selected protocol, reason, documentation for ongoing training sessions, and written tracking of the patients progress.Work with patients struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety depression, OCD, sleep issues, substance and process addictions, PTSD, eating disorders.Work with patient schedules to provide scheduling and appointment slips for patients to maximize number of sessions per stayMaintain/Monitor brain center equipment to ensure proper functioning.Administer brain center/spa equipment sessions consisting of Biofeedback and Alpha EntrainmentProvide daily communication to treatment team via email and Tier notices on status of patients progress.Communicate with Team in order to create an integrative model of brain health and nervous system regulation.Ability to converse in English with others to give, take and process information; extensive use of telephone.Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, multi-task, coordinate projects and record/transcribe general and specific meeting minutes.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Communicate with other staff to relay concerns and observations involving patient safety.Education and Experience:H.S. Diploma or GED required B.A. preferredCPI, CPR/ FA, Certification in Neuro feedback desiredPrevious experience in behavioral health desiredWe are a Drug Free Company.
