The position offers a hybrid schedule in Colorado, requires ABRET registration, BLS/CPR, and a minimum of three years in the field. High school diploma or GED is required.

Location: UCHealth Admin 2400 Peoria - Aurora, CO

Department: Neurodiagnostics

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Flex - position supervises team members that work outside traditional business hours.

Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position has the possibility of hybrid schedule, however, candidate must reside within Colorado, preferably along the front range.

Summary:
Supervises daily staff activities for neurodiagnostic - virtual and small hospital teams - operations. Travel between facilities from Pueblo to Northern Colorado as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
  • Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
  • Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
  • Preferred: Previous Remote Monitoring experience
  • Preferred: CLTM Certification
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: Registration with American Board Registry of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ABRET).
  • Required: 3 years of experience.
  • Required: BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
