Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Tech Lead at University Hospital to oversee EEG, EMG, EMU, EP, and intraoperative monitoring within the Brain and Spine (Electroencephalography) division.

Under medical direction and Department leadership, the Lead coordinates daily workflow, ensures data quality, monitors patient care, and leads staff training and accreditation maintenance. Regular hours with potential on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in END technology.
• Registry in END technology and/or Associates degree in END technology.
• Proficient in another END Technology area as described.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of daily workflow and staff assignments.
• Monitor patients for seizure activity and accuracy of testing data.
• Provide quality assessment activities and maintain accreditation for the site.
• Assist in staff performance evaluations and orientation of new staff.
