Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist I to perform routine and complex electroencephalographic procedures, including evoked potentials and EEG monitoring, with electrode placement oversight and assistance on WADA testing.

The role is full-time, day shift, with a $8,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates and a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one. Sign-on eligibility and wage ranges are posted by Providence.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year Full time EEG experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex electroencephalographic procedures including evoked potentials, EEG monitoring, cEEG, and ambulatory video EEG.
• Monitor placement of sphenoidal, grid, depth and strip electrodes.
• Assist with WADA testing and cortical stimulation.
