Job summary

Motlow is seeking a Program Director for the Neurodiagnostic Therapy Program at the Chattanooga State Campus. This 12-month position supports the Nursing & Allied Health Division, with teaching responsibilities in the AAS Neurodiagnostic Laboratory Technology program and administrative oversight to ensure quality and accreditation standards.

You will develop instructional materials, assess student learning, and coordinate outreach with industry.

Qualifications

• Active certification or registration within neurodiagnostic professions (NDT, EP, PSG, NCS, LTM, IONM).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee.
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the AAS Neurodiagnostic Laboratory Technology Program and oversee program quality.
• Provide administrative oversight of the program and report to the Dean of the Nursing & Allied Health Division.
• Prepare lectures, syllabi, lab sessions, and instructional materials.
• Assess student learning with varied evaluations and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate outreach with industry partners and professional organizations.
• Maintain accreditation compliance and required program documentation.
• Maintain professional development and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to support student success.
• Contribute to annual program reports and program evaluation activities.
