Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Phase I certification in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT).
• Licensure such as LCSW or LPC preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years’ trauma-informed care or neurodevelopmental assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive NMT assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Map neurodevelopmental functioning using the NMT metric tool.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and clinicians to tailor plans.
• Provide detailed reports to clinical staff, families, and stakeholders.
