Job summary

LocumTenens.com is seeking a highly skilled neurocritical care physician for inpatient coverage in Missouri on a 7-on/7-off schedule. Day shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with V-Neuro coverage 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Board-certified neurologists with stroke management experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include neurological consults, stroke management, and Epic EMR documentation. APP support Monday–Friday, with potential weekend overage; nerve conduction EMGs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Board-certified neurologist with inpatient neurocritical care experience preferred.
• Experience with stroke management in an ICU setting is a plus.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient neurocritical care coverage on a 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Provide neurological consults and manage stroke patients.
• Document patient care in Epic EMR; coordinate with APPs.
