Hartford Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Neurocritical Care team in Hartford, CT. The APs rotate through ICU and stepdown units delivering high-acuity care in a multidisciplinary environment.

The role offers full-time hours (three 13-hour shifts) with premium shift differentials up to $30,000 on top of base salary. Benefits include CME time, tuition assistance, and comprehensive health plans.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a critical care/neurocritical care setting.
• Certification as Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner is required (or eligibility).
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a high-acuity environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver advanced practice care in neurocritical care alongside physicians.
• Participate in planning and execution of patient care in ICU and stepdown units.
• Collaborate with the Ayer Neuroscience Institute team to optimize patient outcomes.
