Job summary

Annual Dialysis Conference in Portland, OR seeks an Assistant Professor to join the Neurology department. The role is a regular full-time position (1.0 FTE) with responsibilities across teaching, patient care in the Neurocritical Care unit, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with Neurology residency.
• Current Oregon medical license before start.
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology (ACGME/UCNS fellowship in Neurocritical Care is preferred).
• Demonstrated excellence in patient care and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach trainees and staff, delivering lectures and mentoring.
• Provide patient care in the NCC/NSICU and participate in rounds and multidisciplinary care.
• Engage in scholarly research and contribute to educational programs.
• Collaborate with neurology, anesthesia and other teams to ensure comprehensive care.
