The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. This role offers the rare opportunity to help launch a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome and introduce an innovative new mechanism of action that may address a significant unmet need for patients and caregivers. As a founding member of a newly established sales organization, the individual will play a pivotal role in shaping market adoption, building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders, and helping establish Teva’s presence in a new therapeutic market. Leveraging a deep understanding of customers, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, this sales leader develops and executes comprehensive territory strategies while serving as a valued partner to cross‑functional teams. Demonstrating a strong Teva‑first mindset, the successful candidate balances individual achievement with organizational success and consistently delivers exceptional results through strategic thinking, sound judgment, and high‑impact execution.
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Ideal candidates will be based in or near Phoenix, Flagstaff, or Kingman.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field
Documented business‑to‑business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
Preferred experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders within Centers of Excellence, large academic medical centers, integrated health systems, and multidisciplinary specialty practices.
Preferred experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders to support patient initiation, adherence, and continuity of therapy.
Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states preferred.
New product launch experience preferred, particularly within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease state markets.
Full time documented business to business sales experience dependent on level as listed below. Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. Level of the role will be commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria.
Essential for the role, i.e. leadership skills, communicating skills and problem‑solving skills etc.
Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel
The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position also qualifies for participation in the company’s sales incentive plan, which rewards employees based on their achievement of defined sales targets and adheres to the plan’s established guidelines.
