Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a StaffFlex RN for night shifts on a flexible contract. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care across multiple AdventHealth facilities within the StaffingFlex program.

There is potential to transition to permanent staff and to work across several units as needed. Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of acute hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate high-level abstract reasoning to assess patient needs and revise care plans.
• Basic computer skills to navigate Windows-based programs.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data timely and systematically.
• Develops individualized evidence-based plans of care to optimize outcomes.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed with safety.
