Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1-2 years med/surg experience and successful completion of critical care residency program or equivalent senior practicum.
• New graduate with completion of senior practicum in a specialty area and completion of critical care residency program.
• Registered Nurse: WA license.

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents medication administration as ordered and per policy.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and plans care based on identified needs.
• Maintains accurate nursing documentation using the nursing process and communicates changes to the team.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
