Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in High Point, NC is recruiting a Registered Nurse for the 6 South Neuro-Telemetry unit. The 36-bed Progressive Care/Step-Down unit cares for adults with high-acuity medical needs, including neurological conditions and cardiac/respiratory monitoring.

You will provide and coordinate nursing care through the nursing process, adhere to standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience preferred (RNs with less than 1 year of experience - Please apply to postings that include “New Graduate RN” in the title.)

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
