Job summary

Qualifications

Education: Associate degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Experience: None. Previous nursing experience preferred.
Credentials: AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider, RN – NJ or RN – NLC multi-state; ATCN/TNCC within 1 year for certain units; NIH Stroke Scale certification required or by orientation.

Responsibilities

Delivers quality care through nursing process with teamwork.
Assures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
Provides pain management support and comfort measures.
Discharges planning and patient education for medications.
