You will perform critical assessments, skilled procedures, and individualized care plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an AZ RN license with BLS, and have a patient-first mindset.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in AZ.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired outcomes.
• Organize and prioritize patient care activities with patient comfort in mind.
• Maintain accountability for ethical practice and escalate issues as needed.
• Advocate for patient needs through holistic care.
• Detect and respond to changes in patient condition promptly.
• Use SBAR to notify physicians and hand off care at the bedside.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
• Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside.

Pay Range

$35.00 - $58.63 /hour
