Job summary

Charles River Analytics, a GRVTY company, is seeking an Applied Scientist to advance neuro-symbolic AI and deploy AI solutions for national security and societal impact.

You will design, extend, and integrate deep learning with symbolic reasoning, probabilistic programming, and automatic program synthesis, collaborating with researchers and engineers to deliver core technologies and deployable AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance.
• 3+ years building AI/ML systems or relevant graduate research.
• Strong math: probability, calculus, linear algebra.
• Proficient Python and Linux development (shell, Git, Docker).
• Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Willing to learn new technologies and work in a hybrid schedule.

• Debug, profile, and refine complex AI systems.
