Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with Florida license.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in critical care or required unit knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team in person and by phone.
- Demonstrates caring model and culturally competent care daily.
- Document accurately within the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate effectively with departments and personnel.
- Provide leadership and problem-solving within the unit.
