Tower Health's Reading Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate assigned patients, plan and deliver nursing care, and document care across a diverse patient population. You will administer medications within RN scope and educate patients and families, collaborating with an interprofessional team in the Neuro/Stroke department.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns.
• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
• Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
