Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• APR N or RN licensure with applicable registered nurse degree.
• Nursing degree from Diploma/AD/BSN/MSN programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, report changes.
• Perform procedures and document care in medical records as ordered.
• Administer medications and monitor responses; address adverse reactions.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, meds, side effects, and follow-up.
