Qualifications

• Virginia RN license (or eligibility) is required.
• CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications must be completed within one year of hire.
• Previous experience in neurology, step-down, or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from neurological events.
• Conduct neurological assessments and document findings in EPIC EMR.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies for neuro intervention patients.
• Collaborate to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
