Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Special Procedures Technologist for a 13-week onsite assignment in Summerville, SC. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with 40-hour weeks.

Responsibilities include performing procedures under radiologists, supervising student technologists, and ensuring patient safety and quality imaging. Requires 2+ years as a radiologic technologist or 1+ year in Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology; knowledge of OSHA/DHEC/TJC standards is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a radiologic technologist or at least one year of experience in Special Procedures/Vascular Interventional Radiology.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DHEC, FDA and TJC standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Special Procedures under the direction of Radiologists and assist as needed.
• Supervise and mentor student Radiologic Technologists assigned to the team.
• Maintain patient safety, accuracy of orders, and quality of imaging while managing workflow.
