Job summary

Washington Regional is seeking a Registered Nurse in Neuro Progressive for 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) at Fayetteville, AR campus. The role coordinates total nursing care, conducts assessments, plans care, and documents progress.

The RN will supervise student nurses and licensed nurses, orient new staff, monitor patient safety and quality outcomes, and collaborate with the health care team. Arkansas RN license and CPR required; ACLS within 6 months, ASLS and Dysrhythmia within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Arkansas RN license & CPR required; ACLS within 6 months.
• ASLS and Dysrhythmia required within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Provide nursing care per care plan in a safe, competent manner.
• Monitor patient conditions and escalate changes to providers.
• Supervise and orient nursing staff and students; support team workflow.
