Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, provide wound and neuro rehabilitation support, and educate patients and families to promote recovery.

You will collaborate with therapists and physicians, document accurately in the EHR, and maintain a safe environment following clinical standards

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills.
• Experience or aptitude for wound and neuro rehab care.
• Effective communication and patient/family education skills.
• Team-oriented mindset coordinating with therapists and physicians.
• Proficiency with EHR documentation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer and manage medications safely.
• Provide wound care and neuro rehabilitation support.
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe care.
