Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver neuro-rehabilitation in patients' homes in the Atlanta area on a PRN basis. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans that address functional goals.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's in OT and GA state licensure; experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred. Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs.
• Address visual/perceptual, cognitive needs and adaptive equipment requirements.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals in home-based therapy plans.
