Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled supervisor for our Texas Hill Country School site to lead staff in delivering brain injury services in a residential setting.

You will manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of person-centered care. Collaboration with administration and families is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience required.
• Experience serving individuals with acquired brain injuries preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Regulatory knowledge across federal, state, and local levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervises provision of assistance to persons served to promote wellbeing.
• Ensures staff follow safety and health care procedures.
• Oversees staff documentation, time and attendance, and requests for time off.
• Participates in recruitment, hiring decisions, and staffing assignments.
• Prepares schedules and ensures staffing ratios meet requirements.
• Provides feedback and coaching to staff on performance.
