Job summary

OhioHealth Neuro Transitional Center (NTC) in Dublin, OH seeks a Neuro Rehab Coach (NA/PCT/Therapy Aide) for PRN night shifts. The role supports patient rehabilitation, daily living activities, and adherence to the patient care plan under clinical supervision.

Requires a high school diploma, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred: 2+ years in rehab/assisted living; tuition reimbursement and PTO are offered. Compensation starts at $21 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must have a current high school diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required
• Valid driver’s license in good standing required
• Preferred: experience in assisted living or rehabilitation settings; brain injury experience
• Ability to delegate and solve problems effectively

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in rehabilitation and maintain the facility’s cleanliness and aesthetics
• Follow patient care plans in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team
• Assist patients with daily living activities, meals, and grocery shopping tasks
• Ensure patient safety and respond to supervision requirements per patient needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff
