Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Inpatient in Dallas, TX is seeking a Neuro Rehab Coach to join the night shift team. This full-time role supports patients with brain and spinal cord injuries, under therapists and nurses, helping them regain independence and return home.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and BLS CPR certification. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and tuition or loan assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current State Driver’s License in good standing is required.
• Certified BLS completion is required; for new hires, CPR guidelines apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, cooking, laundry, housekeeping).
• Transport patients to medical appointments and community activities.
• Support rehabilitation therapists with patient activities and care under supervision.
• Assist with nurse delegated tasks after training, including vital signs, medication administration, and peg tube feedings.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support patient care.
