Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in California is seeking a driven healthcare sales professional to own and grow the neuro rehabilitation program in the Coastal region of San Luis Obispo. This territory offers an uncapped compensation plan and a path to substantial earnings.

You will develop and expand referral relationships across acute and post-acute settings, drive admissions growth in the region, and lead initiatives with the support of a national team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of brand development experience and 5 years of sales in a management role.
• Neuro rehabilitation licensed clinicians considered in lieu of brand development and sales experience.
• Experience in Rehab Services, health/home care, or medical outside sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer focus.
• Must have executive-level knowledge of business development and strategic planning.
• Travel percentage 25-75%.
