Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide neuro-focused, in-home therapy on a PRN basis in Temecula, CA and surrounding communities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure, with experience treating neurological disorders. You will evaluate and treat impairments, collaborate with the care team, and support patients in functional gains within their home and community settings.

Formación

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs
