AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for StaffFlex assignments in Daytona Beach, FL. You will provide patient-centered care across units, collaborating with the care team and upholding safety and quality standards while enjoying flexible scheduling and cross-facility opportunities.

This role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, 2+ years of acute care experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes.
• Basic computer skills - must be able to navigate Microsoft Windows-based programs.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills).
• Education: Associate's of Nursing
• Bachelor's of Nursing
• Work Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking skills appropriate to patient’s level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
