Kessler Rehabilitation Center in West Orange, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist for a neuro-based outpatient setting. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, and a competitive compensation package.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the rehab team. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a robust benefits program support your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license required.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; entry-level acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations and designs individualized treatment plans.
• Educates patients and caregivers and plans discharge when appropriate.
• Communicates effectively with rehab team members.
• Supports departmental improvements and professional growth.
• Performs duties related to therapy services and program delivery.
• Requires graduation from APTA-accredited program and NJ license; outpatient experience preferred.
