Job summary

University of Chicago's Department of Neurology seeks full-time neuro-oncologist faculty at any rank to join a growing neurosciences service line. Appointees will practice across Hyde Park and affiliated ambulatory sites, participate in educational activities, and contribute to neuro-oncology clinical trials.

Qualifications include medical degree, neurology residency, board certification or eligibility, and neuro-oncology fellowship with UCNS eligibility/certification.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree required.
• Neurology board certification or eligibility.
• ACGME-accredited neurology residency completed.
• Neuro-oncology fellowship completed and UCNS eligible or certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary brain tumor team.
• Engage in education and research activities including training fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Contribute to clinical trials and translational research in neuro-oncology.
