Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth is hosting a Graduate Nurse Residency for new graduates entering a comprehensive 15-month program. The cohort begins February 22, 2027, with a strong focus on clinical competency through instructor-led curriculum, mentoring, and rotations across departments.

The program emphasizes hands-on practice on the Intermediate Neuro unit, guided onboarding, and self-care/debriefing sessions.

Qualifications

• ADN is required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• Graduated within the last 12 months preferred.
• Less than one year experience at the start preferred.
• Have not previously completed a THR nursing residency preferred.
• Current RN licensure (Texas or Compact State). Boards must be passed and verified by noon the start date.
• BCLS must be completed prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
