Qualifications

• 1+ years of nursing school completed, or as mandated by state of practice.
• No prior professional RN experience required.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Current NC CNA registry

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor patient comfort.
• Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound care and specimen collection.
• Document care accurately and communicate updates to the nursing team.
• Explain care plans to patients and families to support understanding.
• Maintain clean, safe patient areas and follow infection prevention practices.
• Engage in learning opportunities and work with your supervisor to develop a personal career plan.
