Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record; monitor patient responses.
• Provide responsive, compassionate care and promptly address patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up plans.
