• Willingness to participate in committees and quality/safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, and staff to deliver compassionate, safe care.
• Collaborate with the care team to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Utilize information systems to communicate and monitor care outcomes.
• Participate in inter-professional teams and shared decision-making.
