Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across med/surg, neurosurgical, neurovascular and critical care settings. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

This role offers 12-hour shifts, 36 hours weekly, with a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants and an emphasis on teamwork in a fast-paced neurosurgical/neurovascular environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across care settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
