Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• BCLS and NIH Stroke Scale prerequisites must be completed within 30 days of start date.
• No travel required for this role.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record; administer medications and monitor responses.
• Provide timely and compassionate care, addressing patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps, translating medical terms as needed.
